When will my order be dispatched?
Our usual dispatch times are:
- PureWild clothing: usually dispatched within 6 working days.
- Die Bakkie Hakkie: usually dispatched the next working day.
- Other outdoor accessories: usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Dispatch means your parcel has been handed to the courier. These timeframes do not include courier transit time. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Courier delivery time
After dispatch, delivery time depends on your destination and the courier route. Outlying and remote areas may take longer. Please allow for both the dispatch period above and courier transit time when planning your order.
These are usual timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. For a delivery estimate for your area, or help with a delayed parcel or tracking, email sales@outdoordeals.co.za with your order number if you have one.
Orders with more than one product
Products in the same order may have different dispatch times and may arrive in separate parcels.

Free South African delivery does not apply to USA orders. View our USA shipping rates.
